Partner Portal Release 2.4

    Dear Partner,

    NetEnrich is pleased to announce rollout of version 2.4 of our Partner Portal. In addition to this portal release, version 4.7 of the N-Care agent as well as version 1.3.7 of the NetEnrich Service Gateway (NSG) were also released. The N-Care agents and NSG at end-client sites will be updated to new versions over the next 15 days. The following is a summary of the portal enhancements that you will experience.

    1. Additional Filters In The Infrastructure Tab

    A search box has been introduced and it facilitates the filtering of devices in the device tree pane. You can also filter devices by their name, IP address, operating system or the last scan date.

    2. New Layout and ITIL Terminology Changes In The Tickets Tab

    The Service Desk > Tickets view has acquired a new look. You can create, save and apply simple filters to narrow the list of tickets you want to view. You can either apply the default filters provided by NetEnrich or the custom filters created by you based on criteria such as client, ticket status, priority, ticket ID and a creation date range.

    Tickets are categorized with priority as Urgent (P0), High (P1), Medium (P2) and Low (P3). Change requests will be categorized as Low (P3) priority requests.
