Partner Portal Release 1.9

    NetEnrich is excited to announce the rollout of version 1.9 of our Partner Portal. The following is a review of the portal enhancements that you can expect:

    1. New Customer Executive Report: a new report has recently been added to the portal under the reports section. This report provides a monthly customer scorecard in two formats:  PPT and PDT, highlighting the activities that are performed by our NOC for a specific client environment.

    A slide deck version of the monthly report with a graphical appeal and summary overview of the site performance, managed services value – both proactive & re-active – is now available for download from the portal as shown in Figure 1. The beta report for each of your managed customers has been released for the period of Aug 1st – Aug 22nd 2011. Please review the new report format, validate the contents and send your feedback and comments to A full-monthly report for August will be generated on Aug 31st and will be available for download via the portal on September 1st.  (An annotated report with details is attached to this email and is also available at >> Reports >> Customer Executive (new) >> Know you report link)

    2. LogMeIn: a link to LogMeIn can be easily added to the NetEnrich Partner Portal

    A LogMeIn Link has been added into managed infrastructure within the Partner Portal

    As several MSPs leverage LogMeIn as an alternate access into their clients' managed infrastructure, starting with this release the Partner Portal can serve as the repository for LogMeIn’s quick access URL to the managed device(s). There are two methods that can be utilized to provide LogMeIn within the portal which are as follows:

    1. Your team can configure the access by editing the client details and specifying the LogMeIn URL and access credentials. The link will then appear at the client level as shown below in Figure 2.
    2. Your team can store the LogMeIn link on each managed device (Edit the device and add the URL as shown below in Figure 3) A LogMeIn launch link will then appear on the device in the Inventory page.
